Letter from the CEO:
Welcome to the Speak Up Helpline, a confidential, safe place to
share your concerns. This helpline is for YOU – giving you a resource
to report issues or ask questions.
At DIRECTV, an empowered and healthy company is one of our top priorities
– and I believe this is only possible when you feel safe and secure from no
matter where you work. That is why it is essential you feel comfortable to be
open and honest, speaking up when you see or hear something that makes
you uncomfortable or puts our reputation at risk.
To facilitate that open and honest communication – often on difficult topics –
I encourage you to utilize the Speak Up Helpline if needed. We developed
this confidential reporting tool to give all DIRECTV employees a platform to
report issues of concern and potential violations of Our Code.
